The thermal building regulations in Morocco (RTCM) is applied from 6 November 2015.

I’m interested in the development of home HQE (High Environmental Quality) and low-energy buildings BBC, leading to the passive house.

I use in my buildings, terracotta MONOMUR, solid natural product that brings, by its intrinsic qualities:

A high performance thermal resistance, allowing to reach very easily the bearings of the regulations.

An inertia that will bring comfort in summer and winter which will lower or cancel the energy consumption for air conditioning, for example.

A habitat saint by its VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) very low.

An easy installation that will ensure the structural durability of your property.
